Sunset over the ocean beside a Moroccan coastal village

The people & purpose

A love for the ocean.
A guide to your coast.

Marokko.surf brings together the practical questions of a surf trip and the feeling that makes you want to go in the first place.

Why this platform exists

Less guesswork.
More Atlantic.

A famous wave is not always the right wave for you. A beautiful room is not the whole surf camp experience. And the best month depends on what you want to do in the water.

Start with your level. Then find your place.

Meet Adam Chtibi

Adam Chtibi is the person behind Marokko.surf: a web designer and surfer who loves surfing and the Moroccan ocean. The platform brings those two passions together—a clear, thoughtfully designed way to explore a coast that means something to him.

That connection shapes the guide. Morocco is not just a backdrop for a surf holiday. Its different villages, stretches of coast and rhythms deserve attention, alongside the questions that make a trip work: your ability, the season, the kind of accommodation you need and how you will reach the right beach.

The aim is simple: help you make a better-informed choice, with enough context to enjoy the ocean and enough honesty to know when to ask a local coach for advice.

A guide, not a promise of perfect waves

Use the coast and surf spot guide to understand the areas, the surf season guide to narrow your dates, and the camp directory to compare the kind of stay you want.

Seasonal patterns are useful for planning, but they are not a forecast. A sheltered beach and an exposed point can offer very different conditions on the same day. Swell, wind, tide and your actual comfort in moving water should decide the session—not the photo or the month alone.

For lessons and spot decisions, check with a qualified local instructor or an experienced guide. No page on this website can confirm that a particular break is safe for you today.

How we put the information together

  • Named authors. Journal guides are credited to . Adam Chtibi is the platform's creator; these are distinct roles.
  • Traceable information. Our guides reference sources where they support a factual claim. Camp descriptions use information published by the camps and identify details that need confirming directly.
  • Clear limits. A camp profile is an informational introduction, not a claim that we have personally inspected the accommodation, tested a lesson or independently rated the camp.
  • No invented certainty. Prices, package inclusions, equipment, availability and transfer arrangements can change. Confirm the details with the camp before making a booking.
  • Room to improve. If something is unclear or no longer correct, tell us. Useful guides should get better as the information changes.

“Coming soon” listings mark profiles that are not ready yet. They are not a recommendation or a confirmed bookable offer, and they do not link out to a camp website.
